Kathy Schreiber Commander





Commander Schreiber began her career with the University of Pittsburgh Police Department after graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree in Criminology.  Through the years she has worked in Patrol, Community Relations, and supervised the Investigative Division.  In 1998, Kathleen Schreiber assumed duties as Commander of Operations and Administration, assisting the Chief in managing a growing department, and creating administrative processes to enhance the operations.  She obtained a Master’s degree in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law.

Commander Schreiber currently has operational command of the four regional campus police departments, those being Greensburg, Johnstown, Bradford, and Titusville.
